This policy explains what ShingleRX Florida collects when you use this site or request a quote, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are Brazen Roofing LLC, operating as ShingleRX Florida, 7751 Belfort Pkwy #200, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, the age of your roof, what you're interested in, and anything you type in the notes field. If you call or text us instead, we keep a record of that conversation and the number you called from.
Our web host records standard technical information every visitor's browser sends: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the site you arrived from. This is ordinary server logging and we don't use it to identify you personally.
If you become a customer, we also keep the photos and measurements taken during your inspection, the quote we gave you, and records of the work performed.
What we do with it
- Contact you about the quote you asked for, by phone, text, or email.
- Schedule and carry out your roof inspection and any work you approve.
- Keep records of jobs, warranties, and payments.
- Answer questions and handle warranty claims later on.
- Understand which parts of the site people use, so we can improve it.
Calls and texts
When you submit the form, you're asking us to contact you about your roof, and you agree we may call or text the number you gave us — including with an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded message. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell whoever calls that you'd rather not be contacted again, and we'll note it.
We honor federal and Florida do-not-call rules. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we don't contact you again.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other contractors or lead brokers.
We do use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf, and only for the purpose we hired them for:
- Netlify hosts this site and receives your form submissions.
- Our email and phone providers, so we can reply to you.
- Payment and financing partners, if you choose to finance work. They collect their own information under their own privacy policies.
- Insurance carriers, only when you ask us to send documentation on your behalf.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and analytics
Alongside what the site needs to function, we use the Meta Pixel — an advertising and measurement tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It loads on every page and records that a visit happened, so we can see how well our ads work and show our ads to people who have looked at our site. Because Meta sets its own cookies and identifiers, it may recognize you and track your activity across other sites and apps that also use its tools, and it may match that activity to your Facebook or Instagram account. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.
You can limit this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by using your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies. Parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How long we keep it
If you ask for a quote and don't go ahead, we keep your details for as long as we might reasonably follow up, and then remove them on request. If you become a customer, we keep job, warranty, and payment records for as long as the warranty runs and for as long as tax and business law requires afterward.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless we're required to keep it for warranty, tax, or legal reasons.
- Tell us to stop calling, texting, or emailing.

Security
Your form submission travels over an encrypted connection, and access to it is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmitting or storing data is perfectly secure, and we can't promise otherwise.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where we link out, those sites have their own privacy policies and we're not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
